RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Due to limited available quantities we can only offer a return for damaged items. If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. 

You will be required to send your damaged item to us. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

Items must be unused, in their original condition.

Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order. Returns are accepted/exchanged for store credit only. 

We only accept inquiries for items purchased from loveoneanother.earth 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
