CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any questions or concerns email info@loveoneanother.earth. Our customer service is online during the regular business hours of M-F 9am-5pm. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply. If you do not receive a response, please resend the email.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Due to limited available quantities we can only offer a return for damaged items. If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. 

You will be required to send your damaged item to us. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

Items must be unused, in their original condition.

Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order. Returns are accepted/exchanged for store credit only

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.*

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER

Check your Promotions/Junk Mail. It is common for confirmation emails to land there. 

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts. 

WHY DOES MY LABEL SHOW "PRE-SHIPMENT"?

At times USPS and UPS do not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48-72 hours to update once notified.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. It may take another 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.

If it's a Pre-Order item shipping will be different. Please check estimated shipping dates times that are listed in the (Product Description) section. We will reach out to you if the shipping schedule changes from those listed dates. 

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS

We don't ship internationally at this time.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Once your order leaves the warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with. 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.
